Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rexhio's websites, resume tools, job-search workflows, account features, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Rexhio on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You may not create accounts using false information, impersonate another person or organization, or use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

Rexhio provides tools for creating resumes, cover letters, job-search materials, application tracking, and related career workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing any content before using it in an application or sharing it with third parties.

AI-assisted suggestions, job matches, ATS feedback, or similar outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided to help you work faster, not as a guarantee of interview, hiring, compensation, immigration, or employment outcomes.

You retain ownership of the resumes, profile details, job records, cover letters, uploads, and other content you submit to Rexhio.

You grant Rexhio the limited permission needed to host, process, display, transmit, and improve the service using that content. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or share.

Paid features may require a subscription or one-time payment. Prices, plan limits, renewal terms, and included features are shown at checkout or within the product.

Unless a plan states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through the available account or billing flow. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written policy.

You may not misuse Rexhio, interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, scrape or harvest data except through supported product functionality, or use the service to send spam, malware, deceptive content, or unlawful material.

You also may not reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, resell access without permission, or use Rexhio to make automated decisions that violate employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, or consumer-protection laws.

Rexhio may integrate with payment processors, authentication providers, job boards, analytics providers, hosting vendors, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of those integrations.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, listings, employers, or services that are linked from or connected to Rexhio.

We may update, suspend, remove, or limit features as the product evolves. We work to keep Rexhio reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available forever.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk for Rexhio or others, or must be restricted to comply with law.

Rexhio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Rexhio does not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, recruiting, or employment advice. You should use your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rexhio and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use Rexhio in the three months before the claim or $100.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by posting the updated terms in the product or sending a notice to the email associated with an account.

Your continued use of Rexhio after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
